For Emily's birthday we had a party with some of her friends the day before her birthday.  She wanted a frozen theme, so we played pin the nose on Olaf, and made snowflakes out of water and epsom salt.  I attempted to make a cake with a snowflake on it.... it turned out to look more like a spider web but Emily loved it which is all that counts!

Emily got a her birthday package from Grammy and Grampa Gabbitas on her birthday and was so excited!

Our birthday gift to Emily was getting her ears pierced.  We had quite a few talks beforehand about it.  I wanted her to be sure that she wanted them pierced.  I warned her that it would hurt and that they would be sore for a few days afterwards but she was okay with it and really wanted them pierced!  She did so good!  She sat on my lap and just jumped a little when they pierced them!  She didn't make a sound or cry!
