Easter

We were really bad this Easter and didn't even do an Easter basket or egg hunt for Emily.  We totally had plans too, but by the time we got home from vacation and caught up on laundry- Easter was here- it totally snuck up on us!!! But Emily got lots of stuff from grandparents so she wasn't totally neglected!  

Easter was also her first day of nursery!  She did awesome!!! I dropped her off with our neighbor Addy.  They held hands and walked on in! She didn't even look back!  I checked in on her a couple of times and she was having fun!  They brought her to me 5 minutes before church got out for a diaper change and that was it!  Hopefully she continues to do this well!!   She also made an Easter lily in nursery and she was so proud of it!  We put it in our vase with our other flowers that we have and she was so excited! She kept checking in on it to make sure it was still there!

This is the best picture I have of Emily with her flower on Easter... how do people get their 18 month olds to pose for pictures?!?! It's impossible unless it was her idea! Oh well- maybe next year we'll get a better one! Maybe she was just mad at us cause the Easter bunny never came to visit!
