Emily is 6 months!!
Emily at 6 months:
-15 lbs. 3 oz.
-25 1/4 in.
-3-6 month clothes
-She drinks 5 oz. at a time
-size 1-2 diapers (we are moving up to size 3 tho as soon as this box is done!)
-She loves to eat solid foods. So far she has tried peas, green beans, squash, carrots, prunes, and sweet potatoes. Her favorite is squash. We are starting fruits this week, but I'm not sure if she'll like them- it took her a while to like prunes and sweet potatoes.
-She loves her jumper/walker (she hasn't figured out how to walk in the walker yet, she just plays with the toys)
-She is making more sounds and is using her tongue now. She says dada all the time and Jonathan is convinced she knows what it means. Does this count as her first word?
-She talks so loud we have to take her out a lot in church.
-She loves to watch the cars outside
-She loves being outside
-She is mostly sleeping through the night now
-I think she is teething
-She knows her name
-She smiles a ton- even at people she doesn't know
-She likes her rocking horse
-She loves to read- she likes to turn the pages
-She likes to stare at the TV, even when it's not on
-She gets scared by a lot of things
Her bath toys when they float by in the water
Our make shift curtains in the bedroom- if she gets too close she screams really loud and won't look at them
-She likes bath time-except when her toys float by
-She is sitting by herself
-She is reaching for her toys and knows which one she wants
-She found her toes
-She likes to touch my hair. She never pulls it but touches it really carefully and runs it through her fingers.
-She has more rolls in her left arm then her right. And I think she's going to be left handed because she uses that hand more often to grab things and she always grabs her spoon with the left.
-She knows how to smack her lips and click her tongue
-She likes to dance
Sitting by herself in the bath. She loves taking a bath this way!
Playing in her jumper
Getting ready to go on a walk
She is such a couch potato!
Chillin' in the laundry basket
