4 Months!

Emily is 4 months!

Likes:

-LOVES to talks! She talks while she eats, she falls asleep talking and she wakes up talking.

-She discovered the mobile on her swing and loves to look at it. She gets so excited when she see it and talks non-stop (shocker!)

-She loves her glo-worm and would look at it all day if I was willing to push the button for her every minute!

-She is now starting to grab for toys and will even pick them up off the floor next to her.

-She is starting to laugh and smile a lot more and it is so cute!! Every time you start to get her undressed she starts to giggle!

-She is still in 0-3 month clothes

-She is in size 2 diapers

-She still loves to sing with us. We have even heard her in the singing in the car when we have the music on.

-She loves to be read to! She will sit and listen and look at all the pictures, and I can usually read 2-3 books before she starts getting bored.

-She loves her jumper, her playmat, and her swing.

-She now likes raspberries on the tummy and feet

-Howling with Daddy

Dislikes:

-She still hates naps and will fight it so much even though she can barley keep her eyes open.

-She's not a big fan of tummy time yet, but she is getting better. However, she won't put her arms up under her like there're supposed to be, she leaves them at her side, so she looks like a little seal. It also makes things difficult when she tries to roll over, cause her arms get in the way.

-She hates it when you make your hand talk like a chicken. Completely freaks her out!

She has also started making noises when she yawns and after she is done sneezing! It's so cute!

We had her 4 month check up yesterday. Emily weighs 12 lbs. and 11.5 oz, and she is 24 almost 25 inches long. She is in the 24 percentile for everything.

Trying rice cereal for the first time. She wasn't too sure about it. I think it was the fact that she was getting fed by a spoon and not a bottle.

The new face that she likes to make

I'm always the one taking pictures, so there's more pictures of her and Jonathan together than me and her. But this one is definitely one of my favorites!
